Sureyya Ugurses is the founder and managing director of Lexlegata Consulting Limited. She is a highly qualified, prominent Turkish lawyer with distinct academic background and professional career in the international banking & finance and legal services industry, specifically focusing on banking and finance, international trade and corporate law. She has worked in a diverse and multinational environment on cross-border transactions and projects.
After 21 years of professional experience in several top-notch local and global banks, she continued her career at private legal practice acquiring a unique level of expertise to see the big picture.
Both her unique skillset which she acquired through her law degrees at the
universities in Turkey and the UK and on the job experience at various leading local and global banks as well as in private legal practice encouraged her to establish Lexlegata.
With her legal, commercial, business and managerial experiences as well as her experience of working and living in London and global network in the field throughout many years puts Lexlegata in a unique advantageous position in the UK consultancy market.
